The item shown is the very rare "Wall Pocket". It was made by Burtles, Tate & Co.
It may have the English Rd 39807 number pressed in the glass and it dates to 1885.
Blue and Vaseline seem to be the only two colors known for this Wall Pocket
Note: Recently this photograph of the Wall Pocket in the extremely rare color of Rose
Opalescent turned up. A value for this color has not yet been established. It's great to be
