The item shown is the rare "Ruffled Bowl".
Similar to other "Vintage" patterns by Dugan, and Jefferson
this Fenton version can be identified by the "Leaf" design
in the center of the bowl. It is usually found in Carnival Glass.
This pattern is extremely hard to find in Opalescent colors.
