The item shown is the "Spooner" in Blue and Vaseline Opalescent.
This company was very short lived (1901 - 1905), so
anything found in this pattern is pretty much considered rare.
Note: It was long thought that Northwood was the maker. In the April/May 1999 issue
of the Glass Collector's Digest, Dr. James S. Measell published his discovery which is
provenance for the attribution to the Chicago Flint Glass Company of Chesterton Indiana.
Another pattern called ("Woven Wonder") was believed to be by Northwood. The pattern is
identical to this one so it's now known that "Chicago Flint Glass" made this as well.
This pattern is just known by two different names.
