Scroll with Cane Band
The item shown is the rare "Ruffled Bowl". This pattern was made
by West Virginia Glass. Whether or not the Green Opalescent color
was made by them is not known. So far it's believed to be. This bowl
can be found in two different shapes. Round and Ruffled as shown.
Both are very rare.
