The item shown is the rare "Epergne". The base was made by Dugan. This
base was originally used with the "Fishnet" Lily.
Notice the ("Dahlia Twist") lily made by Jefferson. At some point Dugan
acquired this lily from Jefferson and used it with this Epergne base. This complete
Epergne is extremely hard to find.
