The item shown is an extremely rare "Tankard Pitcher". It's not known for sure
who made this but there is a clue. The solid glass wafer as a foot at the base
is an element of production used by glass houses from the Stourbridge area
of England during the Victorian era. It's a very unusual Opalescent pattern
not seen before.
