Jefferson Block (Northwood Block)
The items shown are the "Celery Vase". The pattern
was originally called "Northwood Block". It is now known that Jefferson Glass
was the maker. The name is also referred to as "Jefferson Block" or "Block".
They can be found with or without the colored fritt on the edges.
The celery vase on the left has Cranberry fritt, and in the middle
is the rare Green fritt. It can also be found with a
very rare Blue fritt shown on the right. Also shown is the JIP shaped bowl
in the extremely rare color Cobalt Blue Opalescent. There are only 2 known to exist.
