The item shown is the footed "Novelty Vase".
This item can also be found without the foot
and is usually inside a metal stand and used as an "Epergne".
It is also the insert for the Dugan (Strawberry with Dahlia Twist)
Epergne glass base.
Note: At some point Dugan acquired this Lily without the foot from
Jefferson and used it with their Strawberry base.
