The item shown is a "Novelty Bowl".
What a pretty pattern this is, and it's not found very often.
It is more common in Carnival Glass and the pattern name is "Single
Flower Framed". The Carnival Glass color was called "Peach Opalescent".
I think in 20 years I've only seen two of these in plain Opalescent colors.
