The item shown is a Lamp Shade. This pattern name is listed in other Opalescent Glass books as being old and it is not.
Many other pieces like this in other patterns, are currently being made in England by a company called Horncastle Glass Studios. An
artist from this company by the name of Nick Inman, clearly states in his Bio that his inspiration comes from old Victorian style
Opalescent Glass. Many of his works are now showing up in Antique shops and at auction, and collectors are being fooled into thinking
these pieces are old when they are not. Another piece known in this pattern is a small cream pitcher.
